I haven’t photographed the catalpa tree since November last year. It’s gotten so much bigger that I figured it’d be a good time to do another one.
Of course, that shot was not nearly interesting enough, and I really wanted to show the scale of the tree a little more. So…
That’s almost-six-foot-tall me holding the camera as far above my head as I can, and still barely clearing one of the lower branches!
And one of the leaves had some holes in it, which I thought made for some neat composition.
